“I would absolutely recommend Auschwitz, but not through this tour company unless you're willing to keep 48 hours of your life completely open without any other portion scheduled on your trip. honestly. We were told our tour would begin at 4:45am for a 5:15am train ride. I requested to be upgraded but they said it wasn't possible - which isn't true. The train ride should only be 2:20 minute but the tour group selected the cheapest train ride and it felt it - and was 3 hours instead. We were told (in writing) that we would go directly to Auschwitz and we could keep our overnight bag in the tour…”
